I am so happy with how many people have signed up and are signing up to be a part of my Follower Feature! It's exciting to be able to share my blog with my followers and to learn more about my fellow teacher/bloggers! Without further ado, here are the first followers I will be featuring this week.
Randi - Teach It With Class

Tell us a little about yourself. What do you like to do in your free time? What grade/subject do you teach? Details, details, details!!
I teach first grade and that's where my heart is! I love everything about teaching and consider it a hobby :) If you know me, you know that teaching is part of who I am not just what I do. In the little free time I do have, I love to read and spend time with my family.
Why did you decide to become a teacher blogger?
To find other teachers who share the same passion for teaching that I do. I also wanted to have an outlet to share some of my own ideas with others. I mentor new teachers and having a central location where I can share my ideas is wonderful. It helps that I can send educators somewhere to see pictures and get details on something they may see in my classroom.
When I visit your blog what will I find? (What do you like to blog about?)
I really enjoy having giveaways. As my blog grows in followers, I find that companies are willing to give me items to review and give away for free. In addition to that I try to share ideas with visuals of what is going on in my first grade classroom. I find that often times teachers need to know simple tips and tricks that other teachers may have in place and not realize it.
What inspires you?
Teachers who are passionate about teaching inspire me. I love meeting other educators who know and understand how hard that teaching can sometimes be. Many bloggers understand the challenges teachers face and want to come together to help each other learn. I continue to be amazed by the kind hearts of teachers.

Tell us a little about yourself. What do you like to do in your free time? What grade/subject do you teach? Details, details, details!!
I used to teach first grade, but this year I am jumping up to fourth. I needed to move out of my comfort zone! I am very, very excited to expand my teaching knowledge and abilities. When I'm not obsessing about teaching, I like to hang with my two girls (10 and almost 13) and hubs. I garden, read, make colossal art project mess explosions, and do techie things.
Why did you decide to become a teacher blogger?
I just wanted to be a part of the sharing. I wanted to contribute as much as I take :)
When I visit your blog what will I find? (What do you like to blog about?)
Projects lately, and classroom set up. Books. Classroom management. I also like to wax on about the joys and the frustrations of teaching. It's cathartic!
What inspires you?
Um, BLOGS! Pinterest! Fellow teachers, educator/authors. TED talks!!

What else would you like to tell us?
I'm funny and frivolous sometimes. I have a big warm heart but quick patience some days. Inappropriate things make me giggle.
